實驗室水、電工程設計要點

1. SCOPE OF WORK (前言)
This section sets out the design, supply, delivery, installation, and commission of water and electrical works.
這一部分介紹了水電工程的設計、運輸、安裝、檢驗等內容。
2. brief DESCRIPTION OF THE proposed ELECTRICAL and WATER WORKS (綜述)
For island benches, electrical and water pipe or line shall be distributed under the floor by conduits to specified location provided by others; for wall benched, electrical and water pipe or line shall be distributed to specified location by conduits and pipes inside wall by others, and for laboratory contractor to complete the final connection.
水、電管路由土建方通過預埋管鋪設在地板下面，引到中央臺指定位置；對于邊臺，水、電管路由土建方埋設在墻里引到指定位置。其余工作由實驗室承包商完成。
At island bench locations, electrical and water line shall be hidden inside the benches. At wall bench locations, electrical and water shall be hidden back the benches. Water for safety shower shall be dropped by pipe inside wall, which will be done to specified location by others.
對于中央臺，水、電管路位置隱藏在底柜中間；對于邊臺，水、電管路隱藏在底柜后面。緊急沖洗裝置的水由墻內的預埋管引入。
3. General (綜述)
3.1 Cables, pipe, conduits, trunking, faucets and sockets shall be provided, installed and connected from tap-in point or from specified location to benches. All faucets, sockets and service columns location will be marked on the relating drawing.
實驗室承包商從土建方留下的接入點開始安裝和連接各種電纜、管路、預埋管、插座、龍頭。在相關的圖上標示所有的龍頭、插座、服務柱等內容。
3.2 Cables and water pipe used shall be capability of authority approvals.
電纜和水管要有相關證明其可靠性。
3.3 Each fume hood shall be 2 electricity outputs, one cold-water faucet complying with owner’s requirement. Power sockets for benches will be shown in the relative plan view.
每個通風柜有2個電器插座，一個冷水龍頭來滿足用戶的要求。工作臺上的電源插座在相關側面圖上標示。
3.4 The switches and power sockets for fume hoods shall be placed on the outside of the fume hood.
所有的開關和插座都需安裝在通風柜外部。
3.5 All switch socket outlets and switches shall be labeled referencing each outlet to its respective breaker in the electrical distribution board.
控制箱中所有空氣斷路器都有標示其所聯的開關和插座。
3.6 Necessary approval shall be obtained to ensure the installation is carried out according to local codes & regulations. All electrical installation and testing carried out shall be documented to demonstrate compliance with the required specifications. All records and documentation shall be submitted to the owner.
安裝過程要符合地方法規，所有電器的安裝和檢驗都要滿足設定的要求并記錄。這些記錄文檔將交付最終用戶。
3.7 All power outlets shall be located at a safe distance from sinks, water taps and emergency shower.
所有電源、電器離水槽、緊急沖洗裝置等有一定的安全距離。 
3.8 Instrument grounding to be establish at suitable side of laboratory building. Some special instrument, such as XRF, AAS, and ICP, should be grounding design within 0.5 Ω.
在實驗室建筑合適的位置設立儀器接地裝置，某些儀器XRF、AAS、ICP等需要有接地，接地電阻小于0.5 Ω。
4. DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING (運輸、存儲和安裝)
Delivery shall be scheduled so that spaces are sufficiently complete to enable equipment to be installed immediately following delivery.
需要有時間表來確定運輸時間保證實驗室有足夠的空間來存儲配件，可以在運輸到后馬上安裝。
5. INSTALLATION (安裝)

5.1 All works shall comply with the requirements of the relevant Standards & Approvals and shall be approved by a qualified electrical and service engineer.
所有的安裝工作都要滿足相關的標準，并經過電氣工程師的驗證。
5.2 The electrical lines shall be sufficiently separated from LAN and telephone lines to avoid interference.
電器線路要和局域網、電話線路分開，避免信號干擾。
6. TESTING AND Commissioning (檢驗)
Test method shall be submitted for approval. All and test results shall be submitted to the OWNER for evaluation and acceptance.
檢驗過程要提交證明。所有結果要提交給用戶。
7. Warranty (保證)
There shall be 1 (one) year warranty on parts and labor from the date of hand over of the project.
從工程交付日起，有一年的質量保證期。
The warranty shall apply to manufacturing defects and other defects caused during transportation, installation and commissioning caused by the Contractor or its nominated sub-contractor only.
在運輸、安裝、檢驗過程中由實驗室承包商或相關分包商引起的質量問題，都進行保證。
